"We would like to significantly increase the resources needed to address malaria through World Bank Roll Back malaria financing. We estimate that we now have re-allocated somewhere between US$ 100-150 million of RBM activities in our Africa region health portfolio, a healthy amount already available for malaria at the country level. However, we can do much more. We estimate that we can finance an additional US$ 300-500 million for RBM action across Africa and we hope that the RBM partnership and the African leadership will be instrumental in specifically creating a demand for the World Bank operations in this direction. The resources can be deployed to increase the fight against malaria, but there has to be an explicit country-driven, country-owned and country-prioritisation in order to win that fight."

Mr. Eduardo Doryan,
Vice-President for Human Development, The World Bank

Over 300 million people are infected, more than one million children (under the age of five years) die by cause of Malaria each year. "This organic product can be as useful in both veterinary care and human care.
GREENEX formulations are produced in the USA to Strict manufacturer specifications. GREENEX™, is produced from a strain of Bacillus thuringiensis subspecies israelensis (Bti). A naturally occuring bacterium that produces a crystalline protein toxin (crystal) and a spore. Bti formulations are FDA approved. Bio-Solutions Corp. will advocate a specialized market strategy for GREENEX. We will offer this product as a viable alternative to the countries dissatisfied with the service offered by the multinationals. In certain cases, the demands in services and products are too small to interest these large corporations, which is not, in our case" indicated Dr. Gilles Chaumillon PhD/MBA, CEO of Bio-Solutions Corp.

The Malaria related market represents several hundreds of million dollars in all forms of products used against this disease. GREENEX, is a product representing a large revenue potential.

Malaria is an endemic disease in the tropical zones of the Americas, Asia and most regions of Africa. However, within Sub-Saharian Africa, Malaria related deaths accounts for 85% to 90% of deaths (mostly children under the age of five years and pregnant women)

Green Stocks Rise in Down Economy

Investing in stock is about future value. People buy a stock because they think it will go up. So, the logical question that must be asked is, where is the market going in the future. In recent months, we’ve seen huge financial institutions fail and energy prices drop. Where is the market going next ? If you can answer this question, you will make the right investments. Experts like Warren Buffet and Jim Cramer (Mad Money) on CNBC, regularly share their expertise and recommendations. Buffet, particularly, votes with his check book - just like every other smart investor in the market. Jim Cramer often notes the accelerating emergence of green stocks and alternative energy sectors such as solar and wind power as places where the market will inevitably move.

The Penny Stock Investor’s Guide

Any stock investment includes risk. We have all seen multi-billion dollar giants fall into the basement in recent years
If you want to buy stocks in the OTC market that will go up in value, here are a few thoughts for you to consider:
•    Pick stocks of companies that are current in their reporting. Current reporting status, such as ‘PS Current’ on the Pink Sheet (pinksheets.com), tells you two things.
1.    Management is concerned about proper corporate governance, and
2.    The Company is not hiding from investors – it is providing transparent reporting regarding its activities.

•    Study the Company’s business plan.
1.    Are they doing something or just talking about doing something in the future;
2.    Are they ‘in business’ of ‘planning’ to get started on their business plan;
3.    Do they have enough money to pay the bills?
4.    Is the management qualified for the business they are running?

Evaluate Risk. Many small companies fail. What makes this company different? Is there a reason why you think this stock will go up after you buy it? Will you be O.K. if the stock goes down? Don’t ever invest more than you can lose in a penny stock.
